We are spending our mornings within the Coliseum, the Borghese Gallery, the Pantheon, the Vatican; not to mention the underground tunneled maze of Priscilla’s Catacombs. The history boggles the mind, the interwoven symbolism drifts somewhere just above our heads, while our arms are much too tiny to grasp the enormity of it all.
We take to the streets. Today, the theme was twofold.
A dispute with the law, flirting with men in uniform, and connected to someone in cyberspace…and always with that inimitable Italian flair.

A bride among the ruins, a bride in the arms of disaster and a bride determined to make it to the church on time:

You would have enjoyed seeing ‘the law’ flirting with Laura when she asked for directions. We ended up going in a complete circle but eventually found our destination – a beautiful small museum.
What lovely pictures and story telling. It helps us be a part of your journey. Thank you so much Janet.
